We found a relatively local printer (always nice to support local business when possible) that was able to give us a wonderful price quote that couldn't be beaten. And, of course, we were happy to be able to save on the cost of shipping thousands of books from a printer in another state! Emily McQuate and Cheryl Eichel at Bookmasters in Ashland, Ohio were both incredibly helpful all along the way. And Bookmasters made a beautiful, professional book for us at a very reasonable cost. Even the warehouse people who helped us load the books onto my father's large crane truck bed were accommodating and friendly. I'd recommend Bookmasters to any publisher or self-publisher, and I feel confident that we'll go with them again and again ourselves!

I would like to mention one exceptionally good experience that resulted from heroic action taken by Beth Boeh and Danette Herrmann to protect me from a hugely unreasonable charge imposed when a shipment of books to Hong Kong had to be recalled.
Because my customer made a mistake and ordered too many books, we had to stop the shipment before it left the USA. Your team did so, but the shipper charged the original cost as if it made it to Hong Kong and then another fee as if it had been shipped back from Hong Kong. It never made it past Tennessee, actually. While it look more than a month, Dannette and Beth were able to get the shipper to reduce the cost by 75%. This took true grit and real perseverance on their parts, for which I am truly grateful.
